no instruction for the oven/microwave or induction hob we had to google it, we didn’t know were to dispose the rubbish, air con not working properly & the clothes airier was broken, this was actually mentioned in previous review but not been rectified

FIWhat were the good points: Location (train station, shops, sea nearby), Sea view from the room. Beds. Functional bathroom with a good washing machine. Quiet. The host was quick to respond. The hotel was nice and the swimming pool good.
What were the problems and what needs to be fixed: The electricity went out as soon as we went to the apartment in the evening. The reason must have been a faulty socket. The matter remained uncorrected. Also 3 lamps were broken. We received new bulbs, which we changed ourselves. The previous customer had already complained about it, but they had not been replaced. The small dishwasher did not work or could not be used due to a faulty electrical plug. The dishes in the kitchen were very few and dirty. No wine bottle opener. No coffee maker (filter) which we asked for. But didn't get it. Broken clothes drying rack, but could use. Dirty shower floor. Safe with no key. Only two towels and sheets. What if four guests? Only one key to the apartment.We read the reviews beforehand, which were 9. We can't give nearly that many points. We have been in many apartments, so we have comparative information. When those shortcomings are fixed, the apartment can be given better points. And also, when, for example, you put the dishes in order in the kitchen cabinets, you get a neat and welcoming impression.
