Beautifully decorated & clean. Great location, free parking space in secure car park is definitely an added bonus. The communication on day of arrival with very clear directions for a fully codes entry was very helpful, additionally communication throughout our 1 night stay was good.

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

A 10/15 minute walk from New St station and easy enough to find with Google Maps. Warm, clean and nicely furnished, it had everything we needed for our overnight stay in Birmingham. The host's communication was excellent.

Kind,helpful& Friendly host throughout stay,beautiful smart and cosy apartment! Lovely and warm for arrival and clean but best of all GREAT location will absolutely stay again during my next visit to Birmingham.

Just a missing bath plug,very minor and if spoken to host about this it would have been dealt with quickly! But didn’t bother me at all.
