Choi is friendly, quick on communication and helpful. Location great for where I needed to get to (I enjoyed grabbing bread snacks from bakery around the corner). Smooth access to apartment.

Email replies through booking.com weren’t received by host for some reason. Unfortunately I had to book place with short notice and didn’t read comments on traffic noise. Similar to other visitor suggestions if you have jet lag or light sleeper wear earplugs, sleep in main room, or book elsewhere.

The property is just a five-minute walk from LRT Katipunan and is easily accessible via various modes of transportation. Upon check-in, the reception guards were already aware of my arrival, the same with during my check-out. They were also very accommodating when it came to property-related inquiries such as parking and food deliveries. They also offer free access to the gym and swimming pool. The unit itself is clean and fully equipped with all the essentials, making it ideal for long-term stays. Amenities include a washing machine, complete kitchen utensils, a hair dryer, and more. Kuya Choi was also very responsive to any unit-specific questions. Additionally, the unit provides free drinkable water. I am lucky to stay in this unit during the new year’s eve where you will be able to see Marikina/Pasig fireworks.

The bed near the balcony may not be suitable for light sleepers, as some noise from the road outside can be heard. Food should be properly stored, as it may attract cockroaches or flies.

Amenities and location good. From check in to check out it is very convenient. It even has a dedicated parking for bikes

The property is clean, well equipped, good location, near LRT, few minutes walk to church, the staff are very friendly and helpful, good communication with the owner, has aircon and free drinking water, free toiletries and there’s a shop downstairs

The crowded noise outside but it wasn’t really bothering us just keep your window closed.

Perfect location - close to LRT, good restaurants, convenience stores, public transport stations are less than a minute away to walk to and from. Great view and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for your daily needs. Highly recommended to stay here .

I love everything about this unit. Clean, fragrant, withe free gallon of water, with complete kitchen essentials, Netflix, location is perfect (near the jeepneys and LRT 2 Katipunan on the right) and Kuya Mel is so accommodating. Only a short ride to UP Town Center and UP Diliman too. (You can either choose the trike or jeepney). With convenience stores, banks, pool, gym and kind staff in the reception area. True value for money. Will definitely stay here next time we will visit our son. 🙂🙂
