Ethan's Crib at Azure North

The host was initially responsive and accommodating, even allowing my friend to stay. However, the experience quickly turned negative when I raised a concern about the pool, which was not disclosed as a paid amenity at the time of booking. In addition, the room we were given was not the same as what I had booked; according to the caretaker, it was changed at the last minute. Instead of addressing these issues professionally, the host was dismissive and, even more disappointing, compared me to her as a parent — which was both inappropriate and offensive. This lack of transparency and professionalism made the stay highly unsatisfactory. While the host showed some responsiveness at first, the overall experience was unacceptable.

Its nice to talk to the host, attentive and easy to communicate with…Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable.

Not satisfied. It’s condotel, without permisson of unit owner, you cannot enter into your reserved room. Wait long time forbthe process.

The place is quit, very friendly although if your germaphobic person i will not recommended this place.

Minor issues with room condition, but nothing that could not be easily fixed & didn’t really affect my overall stay. Michelle is a great host.
