1) mahtava sijainti (rautatieasema, Tripla, Veikkaus areena) 2) hyvä parveke: lähes kesäinen terassi, jossa voi syödä illallista tai juoda kahvia ) 3) tilava ja mukava sänky ) 4) sopiva perheelle tai pienelle 4-5 hengen ryhmälle

Muutamista pienistä puutteista huolimatta asunto jätti hyvän vaikutuksen ja luultavasti palaisimme sinne takaisin

Hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Yhteydenpito sujuvaa. Helppo sisäänkirjautuminen. Asunnossa kaikki tarpeellinen ruuan laittoon, pyykkäämiseen. Hiljainen ja rauhallinen sijainti.

Hieman epäsiisti. Levitettävässä vuodesohvassa ilmeisesti iso virtsa läikkä. Osa astioista tahraisia ja murusia välinelaatikossa.
