Necesita algo de mantenimiento, puerta de cristal de la habitación con el cristal roto y sin cerrar.

The floor was dirty and the beds were shaking like they were bunk beds. Also, one day the fire alarm in the hallways was ringing for two hours and even after calling to the emergency phone, no one had arrived to investigate and we were forced to call the fire department as we felt we were not safe.

No cerraba la puerta de vidrio de arriba, estaba descolgada. Apartamento N°7 Deben poner una luz en la puerta de entrada en la calle. No se ve nada cuando llegás, una vez que entrás se prenden 50 luces en el lobby pero afuera no dejaron para poner ni una sola luz.

The second bedroom on the upper level was not particularly comfortable, and the staircase was somewhat difficult to use. The shower floors were also quite slippery, which could be a safety concern. Finally, while the property is located in Salamanca, it is situated on the far edge of the neighborhood, making it less convenient than expected.

Location. That’s the only reason why anyone stay here.

Very poorly managed property. Whoever manages this property is a lazy and incompetent person who does not care at all about the long term consequences. Apartment wasn’t cleaned! Bedsheets had hair all over! Long hair, short hair, an assortment of hair on both beds. Crumbs and dirt everywhere. My complaint was handled in a very unprofessional manner! As for getting an invoice; I had to ask 3 times! Write email after email. My advice: take some basic customer service and hospitality training.

no era lo que contrate, no tenia patio y en la publicación figuraba el patio, la puerta de vidrio de una habitación rota no cerraba, el baño de planta baja no tenia mampara. No volvería a alquilar ahi .
