Didn’t provide, utensils, and napkins. Also, ac seems to didn’t work. It was very hot.

Room is spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning is cool. The location is good just 5 minutes to metro. But need to take 15-20mins metro or bus major scenic spots.

The door is difficult to open. we need to try 4 to 5 times to open it even with the right password. The bed was a bit too soft. The kettle and the iron were broken down. but the staffs were helpful and changed them next day.

Overall is average, running out of body wash/ shampoo, no rubbish bag. Followed up with staff, promised to provide but didn’t. Didn’t bother to ask again (not quite responsive anyway). Overall experience is average.
