General Oráa - Darya Living

The location was great and the apartment was very nice overall. We enjoyed its proximity to two Metro stations and many restaurants, including a great shop for freshly made churros around the corner. We felt safe walking the streets nearby. There were modern amenities and a nice large window in our loft.

Our family spent a considerable amount of money on this apartment during our 5-night stay in Madrid. The host provided 6 towels in the apartment upon our arrival knowing there would be 6 occupants. After a few nights, those towels started to smell a bit. Although we did not stay in a traditional hotel and, as a result, did not expect daily housekeeping services, when we asked for fresh towels, the host refused. The host's response was unexpected (as we didn't think it was unreasonable to ask for fresh towels after a few days) and soured our overall experience a bit. Our family travels frequently and I've never written a review before but thought this would be valuable for someone considering a longer stay in this apartment.

Leider konnte ich meinen Koffer von Check-Out bis Rückflug (8 Std) nicht deponieren. Nicht einmal gegen Aufpreis.

Good location, the modern interior of the apartment. Shops and supermarkets nearby.

Cheap pieces - floor coat hangers not usable, broken cheap, not stable. The carpet in the living room stained. Pillows very bad. For that price, we also expected one cleaning free of charge, more tablets for the dishwasher and so on. (we stayed 9 nights). Service could have been better - we had a problem with one window that fell out of the frame and could not be closed - called the ‘emergency’ number, did not get any help before the morning. So open window all night on a cold winter night. Finally, it is not acceptable not to have luggage storage free of charge. The place is sold as luxury, priced like that but does not live up to it. It has potential though, given that the issues above are improved.

Lo mejor de esta vivienda es la ubicación

no me gusto que una de las habitacion no tiene pared sino que son unas cortinas y la cama esta en el salón-cocina . Las camas son horribles, te mueves y se mueve que parece que estás en una cama de agua. Horrible imposible dormir.
