B41 Apartment Poiana Brasov

Very spacious, well equipped, well divided, each bedroom with its own bathroom, offering privacy. Very comfortable beds, good furniture, nicely decorated.

Cleaning could be better. Some of the windows, especially the fixed ones, were dirty. Also the wooden cabinet doors were full of dust. One of the sink faucets was not well tightened and the hot/cold hoses were installed the other way round.

big appartment all facilities were good. Host was helpful for every request.

No A/C in August its very hot in the morning. Sun is strong in the morning shades are only 80% covering. There are stairs to go down from the door to the apt. with many luggages its not easy. Building is 3 km from the center must have a car. The apartment is only for 4 because only 2 beds but we came 5 so one kid needs to sleep on the sofa.

The appartment is not a state of living in it. It is not maintained. 1The taps have very low water, there 2are burnt out bulbs in both of the bathrooms 3 leak in the bathtub 3In one bathroom one of the taps dont work at all and is broken 3the washing machine has a problem that it doesnt work properly 3not all of the appartment was cleaned properly The owner doesn't care and he's not available

A first class apartment. New, huge, very good equiped with all you can think about. I wouldn't think too long and rate it as 10 beside the availability issue..

The owner ask us to let him know one hour before we are going to arrive, and we did. He provided two phone numbers that we can access him in case of a problem. We could not get inside the apartment, as the provided code for the safe box for the keys was wrong. We tried to contact him using the 2 numbers, but it took half an hour until we succeed. In the meantime we had to wait outside with the kids, when outside there was a snow storm, so we couldn't get anyway.
