the Location was great and the home was clean

this home was not handicap accessible; the toilets were very low the main bedroom the bed was very low., you have to walk up steps to even get to the home, the pictures of the home online are not what you get- the house on the outside needs some maintenance completed. the back yard fence had been damaged and was not fixed; the deck needs some work completed as the handrail is very dangerous

The bed was comfortable, house clean and well appointed

Only request would be more than one towel for each of us for 3 days?

Location was close to everything but out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our only complaints were the microwave didn’t work and we were told it was a kcup coffee maker but it wasn’t. We were fine without either but others may want to know that.

It’s a great house with a large fenced back yard.

The only thing we didn’t like about the property were all the notes placed around the house about not getting the white towels dirty. The signs include the cost per towel if they were stained by something. I found myself feeling nervous that I would dirty a towel in some way. We were wondering if they would prefer to have a different color towel instead of using white, since it seems to be an issue for the owners.

The property was very spacious and had every amenity we could need for a house away from home. The showers were incredible. It was a beautiful home. If we get the opportunity to return to Nashville would definitely hope this property would be available again.

Nothing we didn’t like.

The proximity to all the things we did was great. Check In/Out process was super easy. The amenities were spot on and the house was spacious and clean and perfect for us. We absolutely would love to do it again.

Not being able to access the garage. With the parking in the back of the house, rainy days make it challenging going to the front door with us older folks. 😂

Love this place! I want it lol. Everything about this place defines vacation home. You park downstairs and enter the backyard then go up the stairs right into the picture that caught your eye in the first place - just wonderful! The door on the right is the kitchen, the door on the left is the master bedroom and both have amazing view of the surrounding area and amazing lighting throughout the day. While inside you can just walk around the house in a circle because it’s all connected with rooms that will be filled with family and friends. Although this house is decorated by a professional grandma who knows how to put joy and love in every nook and cranny, it’s the small things that get me. The little pillows on the couch, small toys and things scattered around the living room that make you smile, or even just the cleanliness of the silverware - all of it made me feel at home. I can only speak for the master bedroom that I stayed in and it. was. grand! The bed is so comfortable and has both hard pillows for those weirdos who like’em like that and soft pillows for dainty princesses like me! You will love the bathroom and the freestanding tub! You’re missing out if you don’t soak in that tub at least once while you’re there. If the shower is more your vibe, this place has you covered with a shower intended for water users like me who will stand there under the overhead shower using up all the hot water! The tile, the sink, the walls, the whole esthetic here is top tier indeed. I’ll be staying again soon but I definitely think you should try it out as it’s in a nice area close to but still far enough away from the inner city with all the traffic. So I obviously highly recommend you try it here. P.S. The communication between myself and the property management team when I had a problem was second to none. They are there for you when you need them which is something I can’t always put in my other reviews.

Even my complaints are average complaints i might give to other houses with random people staying like a broken handle or something missing from somewhere. My only complaint here was the water barely being drained when I used water in the master bedroom (That ain’t right!) The property management team informed me they scheduled it to be taken care of after I leave. They offered to take care of it while I was there but I didn’t want people coming in doing maintenance during my stay so I refused but it was cool that they offered.

Location was very convenient The house was perfect for us to each have our own room and bathroom.

The stairs on the deck were a little steep and narrow.

The house was PERFECT. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was very nice, and we loved the patio!

These were absolutely just minor inconveniences and not at all enough to even reduce the rating from a 10/10: Garage code didn't work, woukd be nice to have a code for it as it is inconvenient to walk through the yard. Shower in master bedroom doesn't drain well, and the hot water doesn't last long enough for two showers. That all being said, when we come back to Nashville, we will be booking here again.
