La facilidad para hacer el check-in, la comunicación con el propietario y la situación del alojamiento (puedes dejar el coche en la puerta un momento para bajar el equipaje y, si tienes suerte, aparcarlo en la zona azul cercana ya que en fin de semana es gratuito). Tiene una cama grande y cómoda.

Mi primera impresión fue mala, ya que son locales comerciales a pie de calle reconvertidos en alojamientos, por lo que da cierta sensación de inseguridad (olvídate de abrir o dejar abiertas las ventanas para ventilar ya que carecen de rejas) y se oye todo lo que pasa por la calle. Lo bueno es que por la noche no pasa nadie y es bastante tranquilo. La sensación inicial se pasa rápido.
