Al llegar siendo un motel con alta intimidad, aparcamos dentro del garaje de la habitación y al abrir la puerta me encontré a una pareja con maletas en mano. Le habían dado mi habitación a otra pareja siendo una reserva ya pagada previamente hacía días. Sin volver a revisar la habitación la pareja salió y entramos nosotros sin hacerle un chequeo o limpieza exprés. Pedí el desayuno y se olvidaron, después de una hora lo reclamé y fue el peor desayuno incluido de mi vida y mira que eso es algo que nunca falta en cualquiera de mis estancias. Además Terraza sucia.

I strongly do NOT recommend this place. Staying here felt like a complete disaster. This place does not operate like a normal hotel. It seems more like a location for short stays rather than a proper accommodation. There are no clear rules, and the whole system is very strange and uncomfortable. Communication is a major problem — none of the staff speak English, which makes everything extremely difficult. Everything is behind glass, and you have to enter through a garage. The doors are locked, and you cannot leave or enter freely unless they allow you. This is completely unacceptable, especially if you have important plans like a flight. I genuinely felt trapped. We stayed one night, and I informed them in advance that I had an early morning flight and needed breakfast. Despite this, breakfast was not delivered on time, and after waiting more than 30 minutes, I had to leave in frustration without eating, after an argument just to get out. The whole place feels more like a prison than a hotel. You are not in control, and the experience is stressful and unsafe. I truly do not understand how this place is operating as a hotel. I strongly advise everyone to stay away and be very careful

Que entramos y nadie nos molestó en ningún momento y el trato del personal era muy bueno.

La bañera era increíble, pero es que la terraza y la cama eran..... Increíbles.

Lo de la privacidad, tanta privacidad no se, a otros hoteles o apartamentos que he ido no habían esas cosas y pues se ha hacia un poco raro pero bueno la habitación nos encanto a mí pareja y a mí, y todo perfectisimo
