SNT Apartment - City Center

The location is exceptional and quite close to Bergamo Alta The owner is very professional and very customer centric Was always responsive, and provided good and true feedback Was easy to park the car, which allowed to get the best and use as hub for rest of the travel

Not much to add as the experience was very positive Just a small remark that as the stay was during a very warm week, the air conditioning was not reaching out to the main bedroom. But is not a negative point

Self-check in and communication with the host was great and easy. Location is perfect for exploring both upper and down part of the town. The building has a little coffee shop on the ground level. Parking (public) was close and free.

Floors need a bit more vacuum cleaning. Everything else was clean and nice.

Very well equipped. Modern. Clean comfortable.

Info about exactly how to reach the property initially would have been very useful. Also info about the local area (shops, restaurants, buses etc) would have been beneficial.

The appartment was very tidy, smelled good when we arrived there. Patrick's communication is excellent and caring, he described everything so we had no further questions.

The outside part of the air conditioning makes an incredible loud noise, it even disturbs the sleeping. The guest bed is not confortable at all.
