Villa Sunset - Private Pool

Modern, well furnished and having its own pool was amazing with a 5month old baby

This was 10/10 - if I have to add any comments here the property Could have been a bit cleaner, bathroom toilet downstairs constantly running and upstairs toilet push button broken

The apartments were fantastic – spacious, and equipped with everything you need. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the view? Absolutely breathtaking!

The apartments could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Unfortunately, our bed linen hadn’t been changed prior to our arrival – we found hair on it, and it was wrinkled. Additionally, the pool wasn’t cleaned, and it would have been helpful if trash bags were provided, so we didn’t have to purchase them ourselves.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean and heated pool is amazing. All the appliances are available. A bit far from the beach (~20 min walk) and the way back is up, but that’s not that difficult. Two supermarkets are within 5 min walking distance. Private garage is super convenient with direct access from the apartment

We had amazing stay, everything was 100%. Definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was centrally located, modern, spacious and super clean. Quiet area. We did not hear the road at night. Easy walking downhill to several small beaches. A few restaurants and supermarkets in the neighbourhood. Heated pool was a big bonus. Amazing view from the terrace. Friendly manager. Very practical to have the private garage and access to laundry facilities. AC in the upstairs bedrooms was great. Can't fault anything.

The house is a 10/15 minute walk from the ocean pools and a few minutes from the nearest beach. Location good for exploring the south of the island. The house itself is spacious, has a large garage, a fantastic pool, 2 bathrooms and one additional toilet, 3 sleeping rooms (one with a single bed). The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need. The living room is connected to the kitchen. Within 5 minutes you will reach a large supermarket. We enjoyed our time there. The keys are transmitted remotely, using a code. Boris sent us a video on how to enter the house, how to open the garage, etc. He was also available if needed. This form suited us and I rate it as a plus.

The house is located directly above a busy road, which is not visible in the photos. Due to the poor insulation of the building and thin windows, you can also hear cars when the windows are closed. At night, car traffic is negligible. Sitting on the terrace you can see the ocean, the road is not visible, as it is located lower than the residential floor. The walls are thin enough to hear every word of the neighbors. If you value silence, I unfortunately do not recommend it.The house is generally clean, the kitchen and kitchen appliances are very clean (although the kitchenfloor was not washed well and a lot of stains were visible). Bathrooms also clean, however, there is a problem of odor from the drains. I think this is a general problem in apartments on islands, when they are not used regularly. Just pour water well and the smell disappears. I suggest the landlord flood the drains with some kind of product before handing over the keys. The bathrooms need descaling in some places. In summary: the house,location, views from the terraces, pool, contact with the landlord I rate excellent. However, I would not recommend to someone who is sensitive to the sounds of cars, or the voices of neighbors (they were not very bothersome).

The lack of contact with the agent, we did not see him once had to keep texting for basic things.
