KYLove that the unit had a washer and dryer. The complex had an elevator, which made it easier to bring up the luggage.
The floors were very dirty upon arrival. I notified the front desk right away, and the cleaner cleaned the floor the next day.
CAWe loved the apartment and the location. The balcony was fantastic to sit with early morning coffee. The apartment was lovely and very comfortable. Right across the street was a bakery and pizza shop. Down the road was a small minimart. The fans and AC kept the apartment so comfortable for sleeping. The location could not have been better in Casco Viejo.
It was a little challenging trying to understand the type of ID number the staff were requesting for my credit card. There were numerous texts and I still could not understand what was needed besides my credit card information. I have never been asked credit card ID number before. Luckily, they still sent me the combination for the door so we could enter. I later went to the office to straighten out the credit card issue. A few small appliances that work would be great... toaster oven very unpredictable, coffee maker was not reliable, and a kettle would have been nice.
USThe apartment was perfectly sized for a couple, beautiful balcony, view and the location is amazing—right in the heart of the old town. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. It was definitely a great stay, and I highly recommend it.
A small suggestion for the host: it would be great to provide a laundry pod, a little dish soap, and maybe some salt and pepper. These items can easily be bought in the small store just a few steps away, but having a little starter supply would be a real lifesaver for travelers.
BBLocation is amazing, right in the middle of everything with all the amenities around the apartment. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.
