Location, price were decent.

It took me a long time to realize the address because the owner didn’t mention the right address to me. I was standing outside, trying to reach the owner with my luggage and couldn’t get into the room. When I came to the room, the electricity went off, I wanted to take a shower. It was no hot water. I also couldn’t charge my phone The owner tried to help me, but it’s still was not a very pleasant experience for me.

Pleasant and comfortable apartment in the old town of Verona. I didn't meet the host, but written communication was fast and reliable.

On arrival the apartment was terribly hot, outside temperature 35°C, but windows and curtains open - air condition needed several hours to cool the rooms down to an acceptable temperature (24°). A bit intricate to reach the place with public transport from Porta Nuova (rather long walk needed). Best to take a taxi or Uber (25€).

The apartment was spacious, bright, and located in a great area.

Although it was advertised as fully equipped, there was no shampoo or shower gel provided, and the kitchen lacked a coffee maker. Some of the furniture was a bit dusty, and when we opened the closet, we found a pair of dirty slippers inside.

The location was excellent as it was walking distance to everything in the old town.

The property needed a really good clean especially the shower. There was also no body soap in the shower.

Lovely apartment Morden and comfortable. Very central could walk to all sites . Tv was smart so fab for our own Netflix . Loved the washing machine and wash . Great host on checkin

Very dusty unclean floors our socks were stinking .
