"Loved it, though don’t use Booking.com for a villa."

9.0

The accommodation was superb.

Booking.com were appalling, they messed up the booking, totally unaware of the payment terms and deposit requirements. The property asked me for a deposit as per the small print via Booking.com messaging , however when I questioned this with Booking.com they told me it was a scam and to ignore it - if I had done this the booking would have been cancelled and the holiday ruined. A phone call to the villa agents (Cubos) resolved this. A few issues with the power tripping when we first arrived, but that was soon resolved.
