"Great house"

Lovely house. Very comfortable and great location for what I needed. Shops and takeaways just 2 mins away. ASDA just 5 mins away

Couldnt find brush/dustpan or anything to tidy the kitchen floor. Could well be in there right enough. Not a bad point to be fair. Doesn't take away how nice the house is.ⁿ

"Booked specifically to be on the outskirts to explore Beamish."

Large living area and main bedroom. Light and airy. Parking at rear of house.

Few small maintenance jobs to be done. Main bedroom 2 bedside lights but no socket close enough to plug one in. Maybe need an extension. Rear bedroom- metal curtain tie backs both face same direction. Large cobweb on inside of frame. Lock on bathroom door does not align to the bracket. Bath plug does not remain in push in position to hold water in. Not advised that you would need to log into own accounts to access TV channels. No terrestrial channels available.

"Mostly clean apart from seating - could do with at least free view."

Very comfy bed and clean bathroom/kitchen.

The settee and chair was very stained and not very comfortable. There was only streaming on the tv such as Netflix - no normal channels apart from bbc iPlayer (itv x didn’t have live tv) WiFi was not great so at times there was no tv at all.

The cottage was very warm, welcoming and clean.

Stairs are a little steep and the gripper rods are coming through the carpet so it was hard not to tread on these.
