Modern and spacious Apartment- Gym, Wifi, Free Parking

Clean and comfortable apartment. Good communication.

It's a VERY sketchy neighborhood. When I arrived, someone had just broken into all of the mail boxes. The day I left, one of the neighbors had her car stolen.

Not much

The first thing I noticed was the door only had one lock. The wood was busted out so you could see where someone had pried it open. I have a photo. All it would take is one shove because the wood around the door lock was already broken. The place reeked of the fake odor deodorizer that places with bad odors use in the buildings that smell bad. It made my nose burn and I got a headache. The only way I could tolerate it was to leave the window open. It is right by the hospital and there are frequent ambulance sirens going by. It is also across the street from a cemetery where the homeless campers are parking now. I debated on leaving for a hotel but I was exhausted.

The property was super clean, exactly as described Excellent communication with the property management company The condo as a fully working kitchen with appliances, also some spices, oils, etc available for new guests. The washing machine/dryer makes it perfect for longer stays as well.

The parking spot is very close to the entrance but only useful for a small (regular) car; our SUV did fit but only with a 2 inch gap on either side. It's not the owner's fault, since that's the spot it's coming with. The good news is there is free parking just outside of the condo complex and we were fine. The condo is located on the 3rd floor; there is no elevator. Just good to know for anyone having difficulties with stairs.

Good location. Quiet neighborhood (by the cemetery).

Parking is useable only for small cars!

Sebastian was a fabulous host...very prompt responses, answered all my questions with graciousness and professionalism, took care of several special requests without blinking an eye and provided these items on record time. And always asked what else he could do and always wished me a great day. So impressed, and so grateful for his attention and help!

The location was perfect for my needs, convenient to grocery stores. Easy access to freeways.

Clean , close to where I need to be , one of the better places to stay in the area.

Parking really tight but worked. Could use some new sheets . Overall a good place to stay.
