The hotel is a resort, although we didn't experience the amenities everything and all the staff were professional.

Not knowing the resort didn't have their own parking. Only valet or public parking was available for a fee.

The hotel was new and good built rooms when it comes to showers and entertainment.

The Valet took forever to arrive, didn't manage the expectation well and also were rude. 70$ is a lot of money for such bad service. room was near the elevator and you can hear it running all night

The property was very nice and all of the amenities that are included were great! All of the staff was amazing and very very helpful. I even lost an item and was able to call and they were able to go look and called me back promptly to let me know that it had been found! I am very grateful for the amazing staff!! Completely worth it to get this hotel!!

In the middle of everything

Our AC was not working. But they sent someone and less then ten minutes they sent someone over to fix it at 1 am
