Gorgeous location!

Refrigerator was a little off point ( didn’t really cool to the degree set) however, it was a very hot day. Maybe this influenced the temperature of the fridge ?

"Beautiful views on a lovely estate"

Beautiful views, estate and location, spacious house. Wine tasting is lovely. Restaurant is good, surroundings are tasteful and comfortable.

House was not properly cleaned inside and outside. Two bedrooms share a bathroom, which was not clear with the booking. One bedroom is in the back of the house between laundry and garage, so feels a little dark and like an after thought. Kitchen is small (not a catering kitchen) and poorly appointed - take your own cutlery, sharp knives and specific utensils, dish cloths and drying cloths if you want to self cater and clean. "My stay was very relaxing, peaceful and the views was breathtaking, my family had an awesome time."

What I liked most was the beauti of the house , especially the design and style. And also the location for it’s peaceful and quiet surroundings.

If there is something that I did not like , than it would be the fact that you have to make a fire to get the hot tub warm , I would prefer a normal hot tub, but other than that, everything else was good.

"Had a great stay but all this can be spoiled by someone not attached to the property. The Agent’s conduct is questionabl"

The Property is very excellent. The Host agent however is very horrible. We were made to made an equivalent of 50% of our entire stay cost as deposit, which 8 days since our departure has not been refunded. So be careful.

Just the host Agent and their conduct.

"Disappointment and discomfort"

The View was spectacular! The downstairs layout and annex was beautiful

All the issues / problems that occurred which made a very expensive stay stressful and unpleasant. The overall condition and lack of necessary items in the kitchen did not align with the description of a luxury villa. The inverter did not supply the necessary power during load shedding, this was suppose to be a luxury stay.
