Lovely Lucca [free parking]

The information was sent to us ahead of our trip which meant that when I had an issue with opening the information on my phone, Antonio had time to email it to me. On arrival, all was as described in the comprehensive instructions. There were no issues when entering the property. Rooms were of a good size, bright, and light with high ceilings. Everything you needed for your stay including such as washing machine/ kitchen utensils. The location was excellent giving us easy walking access (10 mins) to the city walls. It is also very close to the train station and just a short journey to either Pisa or Florence from there. It is also only a 30-minute drive to the airport. The flat was incredibly clean- having run our own holiday cottage in the past having a good cleaner can be tricky! Antonio was very helpful giving us advice about bike hire, places to eat, etc. He also made sure we had accessed the flat ok. Having safe car parking was also incredibly helpful in such a pedestrian-based city. We will want to stay here again.

There was nothing that didn't work for us.

The apartment was clean and spacious decorated with a modern Lucchese style. Handy to have a washer and clothesline. 10 -15 minute walk to the city. Antonio provided lots of detailed information through What’s app and was quick to respond to any questions and difficulties. Easy to get to train station. Good free parking and suitable for a family. Antonio also very kindly drove us to the hire car office on our last day in Lucca.

Not easy to have a quick bite to eat as cafes surrounding the apartment is limited. One night we had a power outage and it had to be reset from the basement. Antonio was quick to rectify the light switch in the bathroom. Stairs to the apartment situated on the first floor but ok.

Excellent flat. Very close to city walls. Quiet location. Good facilities. Host very communicative and friendly.

The apartment was wonderful and had everything we needed. It was very conveniently located. 5 minutes from stores and shops. A little bar on the opposite corner that had excellent pizza and calzones. Parking was never an issue with the private parking space. The owner was amazing!

Very modern. spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great location with only a short walk to the Old Town and train station (ideal for a day trip to Pisa). The host was attentive to any requests we had. The amenities were excellent should you wish to cook instead of eating out. Private on- site parking is also a bonus. We highly recommend Lovely Lucca and would definitely stay again!
