Nice spacious and comfy beds

A little noisy on main road

Good location for our purpose of being in Bradford and nice to have the large Asda such a short walk away. Very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds/pillows - not very black out with light but ok. Overall, lovely property and very easy to access.

The kitchen could have been slightly better stocked - ie, tea towels. But we managed fine despite it. The dining table only sat 4 around it, so not ideal if you're wanting to eat together at it.

The location was convenient for us, we were visiting an event locally, which was a short journey away. Despite being next to a busy road, the general traffic noise was minimal in the house, and was never an issue. The furnishings and décor in the house were of a good standard and made our stay very pleasant.

Although it sleeps 6 with the sofa beds, it is probably better suited for 4 people, especially as there is a single bathroom, which at times for us was an issue, however we were well aware of this before we arrived.

Two good size bedrooms and third perfect for one child. Location perfect for us visiting family nearby

We are a family of 5 and there were only 4 dining chairs so we couldn’t all sit around the table to eat together. Sofas were a bit hard
