The location was great close to the beach but also not far from the city center. The rooms were clean and nice. The host was amazing she was very nice and helpful.

I came to Nea Potidea because my daughter had a medical emergency while during her internship nearby. Zoe @ Avra comfort room was so nice and she didn't know how to make my stay more comfortable. A big thumb's up to you, you even bought me food because I did not had a chance too. If you want a nice room in a nice village with a very nice host, then is Avra comfort room the place to go.

1. is close to the beach 2. close to the restaurants/shops 3. the host was very friendly and nice 4. rooms very clean, furniture new, beds comfortable, balcony nice, mini kitchen and a big fridge 5 definitely will be back
