The apartments are big and comfortable, well equiped kitchen, large bathroom (please, only change or clean the shower head:), nice view from the apartments and garage is perfect! Dear Cinzia, thank you for the nice holidays!

The building and apartment were clean, with comfortable beds and new furniture. The property management were helpful in the beginning, responded quite quickly and helped to bring us to a shop in the next village.

1) After check-out the property management charged us 300 euro for a little spot on the kitchen surface (apparently there is a deposit in the policy - so be careful with that). And they even asked us to pay 1400 euro to fix it. Not sure we've done that, as the surface was not hot-resistant and there were no mats and coasters provided, so this can happen with any guest. Never faced such unfair treatment before during more than 15 years of travelling. Very disappointing. 2) There is no ski room for the apartment, or nothing was offered by the management. 3) There is no shuttle to the ski lift, and you have to walk up hill - very challenging with kids and skis and ski boots. 4) No shops/cafes nearby, so again you have to walk up hill. Not that far, but can be challenging. 5) No luggage store room. 6) There is the Blu Hotel Acquaseria in the same buildings but you can't use any of their facilities (e.g. ski shuttle, ski room, restaurant), even if you want to pay for them - just be aware of it.
