"Perfect time with Family"

Very spacious - Private parking spot without additional cost - Elevator - Well equipped kitchen (frying pan is available despite previous comments) - Very comfortable bed - Big balcony - Quiet neighborhood - definitely better for families than the noisy Funchal center - Perfect park with playground for kids and dogs - Very nice swimming pool - At least two car rental offices nearby - Close to the Madeira Forum mall - Cleaning and towel change in the middle of our stay - Extremely helpful staff and very warm welcome - Close to the bus stop (airport and city buses)

"Terrible Customer Service and Awful Smell – Avoid This Place!"

Not alot.

From the moment we entered the apartment, things took a turn for the worse. While everything initially appeared fine, we were quickly overwhelmed by an unbearable stench, resembling the smell of vomit. The host, sent by the agency, met us briefly but seemed eager to leave, without addressing any concerns. Within an hour of our arrival, we reached out to inform them about the horrendous smell. However, we received no response whatsoever. Left with no choice, we immediately started searching for alternative accommodation. It was only after we messaged them to say we were leaving that they suddenly responded, claiming someone was on the way, yet no one ever showed up. The lack of communication and complete disregard for our comfort was shocking. We couldn’t get out of this apartment fast enough, and I highly recommend avoiding this property if you value decent service and a clean environment.

Wszystko OK, pełne wyposażenie kuchni, duża przestrzeń, darmowy podziemny parking, fajny basen na zewnątrz. Gdy w sobotę ok 22-giej zatrzasnęliśmy klucze po telefonie po dwudziestu minutach przybyła pani i rozwiązała problem.

We recently stayed at this apartment and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is fantastic, putting us close to all the main attractions and conveniences. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals during our stay.

We did encounter a couple of minor issues. There was a bit of a strange smell that didn't dissipate over time, which we were informed about by our host Beatrice beforehand. Additionally, the cleanliness could have been improved a bit.
