Stunning luxury 3 bed house with garden in North Leeds

Property is beautifully decorated with good facilities. Clean and modern. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for relaxing. Very quiet road - no noise from outside. Conveniently located for visiting the rest of the city. Off-road parking.

As we were there for 7 nights could possibly have done with more towels? Possibly a hook on bathroom door would be useful.

I saw this property on another accommodation portal and it had lots of excellent reviews so I booked it on this platform as it was cheaper. The property is absolutely stunning. Everything is brand new, luxurious and carefully chosen. We only stayed for one night but the kitchen was fully equipped, the beds incredibly comfortable and the linens high quality. There is even a washing machine and dish washer which we didn’t use but would be great if you were staying longer. The location is great too - you can walk to restaurants, shops etc We will definitely return as this is one of the best accommodations we have stayed in for a long time. We stay in Leeds regularly and this has to be our new favourite.

Location - it was a long way out of Chapel Allerton House - it wasn't luxury, the windows were mouldy inside and out, a lot of the woodwork in the house was rotten and had just been painted over. The garden was awful with a fence to next door falling down, overgrown grass and rubbish everywhere! It was a lovely weekend but we couldn't use the garden. We booked the house for 5 people and only one bed was made up, another one had bedding provided but not made, and the other bed didn't have any bedding provided. Only 2 towels provided for 5 people! Luckily there was a gap in the padlocked cupboard containing the linens and we managed to prise out a couple of towels and a sheet. On arrival day I had to keep asking for the code to gain access, it was as if I wasn't trusted not to arrive before the check in time (4pm - extra to check in early) and then on the day of departure (10am - extra to stay later) at 9.55am we were loading cars and owner arrived, again not trusted to leave on time! We didn't contact the owner during our stay about the problems as it was a family weekend to get together to celebrate my daughters 30th and I didn't want to spend or precious time chasing towels, bedding and complaining about the house. We paid £670 for two nights!
