"Sea view and sea breeze"

It’s all about the balcony! The views and sea breeze are the top aspects of this apartment. The location is also good- it’s on the main road that has many good restaurants within a 5 minute or less walk. The main city beach is a 10 minute walk.

The interior is a little tired and outdated. The bathroom had poor ventilation. However, everything was clean and tidy.

"A very enjoyable holiday."

Our host was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. Also communicating with Nora was easy and reassured us that if a problem had occurred it would have been dealt with promptly. Nora was very accommodating with regard to our arrival and departure times and this was of great help with regard to our travel arrangments.

We were a little disappointed to find that there is not a lift ( el ascensor) in this apartment building. It may be that this fact is mentioned in the holiday apartment details and if this is the cae then we missed it.

"A lovely apartment with a fantastic view"

This was a fantastic apartment. The view from the balcony was outstanding, and we even saw the sunrise one morning (see photo). Going to sleep listening to the sound of the waves was magical. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well-equipped and the apartment had everything needed for a stay. The beds were also comfortable. Having easy parking under the apartment was also a bonus. Nora's communication was friendly and quick. I would 100% recommend this apartment and we hope to stay again.

"Modern apartment with stunning panoramic views and a great host"

Modern, clean with stunning views and great location. We loved this apartment and it’s a lovely walk in to Moraira. Beds were really comfy and everything was spot on. Above all Nora ensured smooth check in and showed us how things worked and gave advise on tips of places to go/ see and was always on hand to offer ongoing tips of local thing happening. Excellent service

Nothing. For those that may struggle with stairs there’s no lift. However for those steps you earn a fantastic panoramic view from Moraira to Calpe

"I liked everything about it."

Loved the location, the flat and how clean it was, the view, and how easy it was to check in and out.

For me personally at 63 years old it was a bit of a struggle to climb the stairs
