ZAPlace was clean, the owner was very helpful in fixing a blocked shower drain... Very polite gentlemen.
On Sunday morning at 10H10am.. a light skinned african lady speaking in Sesotho was shouting outside my room saying I must check out because it's past 10h00 andvthey want to clean the room, she kept on saying I know the rules.... Now that I didn't like being chased away like that.... The staff must be taught on how to deal with clients... The mentioned staff member was very rude.
ZAZAReally enjoyed our stay. I had initially booked unit 0 but realised it was a bit small. The staff was so accommodating and arranged a different unit for our stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff cleaned daily. The WiFi was great. Back up power and water source available Everything was up to standard.
