"Great value Perugia home base in historic house"

Good location just outside old city limits in historic settlement in walking distance to Piazza IV Novembre and other attractions. House has a nice terrace on the 2nd floor and is a very good value.

The house is very small with steep narrow stairs to the upstairs 1st and 2nd floor bedrooms. The 2nd floor bedroom has no bathroom and one needs to descent steep stairs and walk through the 1st floor bedroom to reach the only full bathroom. Arrival instructions were a bit unclear. While the parking options are a 10minute walk away it is possible to drive up to the area to Corso Bersaglieri (behind house) to unload luggage.

"Nice place, nice apartment, close to center. Good bus connections. Landlady was helpful, friendly"

The apartment was not evenly warm. The landlady came over to check the heating, and afterward it was somewhat improved. - There were not many utensils for cooking. No spices except for salt. - Only one toilet roll for two people for five days. Is that enough? - We were unable to find additional bin liners / garbage bags. Housekeeping was challenging.

"Casa base per andare alla città della domenica 2 volte e in giro per borghi e sei nel centro dí Perugia."

Ci è piaciuta la posizione super comoda anche per il parcheggio auto come anche la casa che è confortevole su più piani. eravamo con 2 bambini che si sono divertiti molto. Smart Tv e Wi-Fi OK !

La cucina per ovvi motivi è un po’ buia ma sei in un vicolo di Perugia e non può essere altrimenti.

"Home away from home"

The house seems to be the perfect image of Italy and it really fits nicely in the landscape. Let's not forget the terrace, which is also amazing. The house is decorated with extraordinary taste and you have everything you need. It truly feels like home and our host was more than welcoming and helpful.The house is very well-positioned in the historical centre of Perugia. In addition to its vicinity to all landmarks, you are 2 steps away from beautiful views over the city. Highly reccomended.
