Le calme, la gentillesse du personnel, la deco de la chambre de deluxe et les attentions

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel de l'arrivée au départ. Merci à Alicia pour sa gentillesse et son sens de l'accueil. Merci à Andiket pour les merveilleux cocktails, un delice ! Super spa pour se détendre seul ou à deux. Le cours de Kite était top. L'hôtel propose pas mal d'activités et de superbes animations musicales le soir. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Great location, not far from the airport and other top places to visit on the island.

The beachfront and layout of the property. And small activities available . Staff were very very nice and polite.

Some of the furnishings in the room are looking a bit weathered. Possibly a result of the tropical climate. Sometimes service to the room was slow ( We asked for an iron and iron board that didn’t show and we had to call again the next day) . The other two times we called it arrived atleast 30 minutes later. I suspect it could be due to the layout / size of the resort.

Throughout our stay at your hotel, we were extremely impressed by the friendliness, positive energy, attentiveness, and professionalism of all your staff. We also thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of our room, the quality of the beds, the cleanliness of both our room and the entire resort, and the beauty of the beach. Everything exceeded our expectations. During one of the excursions we joined, my wife was injured by a sea urchin. Esha, a member of your reception team, was incredibly caring and helpful. She immediately arranged a driver for us and directed us to the hospital, where my husband received treatment. In the following days, she continued to check on his condition and genuinely showed concern for his well-being. We are truly grateful for her kindness and support and would like to thank her once again. We would also like to thank the housekeeping staff member, Manisha, who was always cheerful and went above and beyond to ensure our room was perfectly maintained. She left us lovely notes and flowers in our room, making us feel truly at home during our stay. Her thoughtful gestures made a lasting impression on us. Every member of the hotel team seemed carefully selected, and each person we interacted with was exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming. When we return to Mauritius, we will definitely choose C Mauritius again. Thank you to your entire team for providing us with such a wonderful and memorable holiday experience :)

Everything was great except checking in takes time because of the app, could be better.

L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien entretenu et très propre Le personnel est aux petits soins, et le buffet de très bonne qualité ( supérieur aux grands hôtels ) De belles attentions pour notre voyage de noces

La localisation ( Belle Mare ) est très calme, elle correspond à des personnes recherchants du calme et du repos

Nice location of the resort with access to the lagoon/beach. Food is good. Staff's very kind.

Pricing is little on the higher side, can be reduced to some extent to be frank.

Magnifique hôtel et excellentes prestations. Beaucoup de choix dans les buffet. Facilité pour réserver les équipements (spa, tennis…)
