As other people have said the beds were very wobbly. And moved when you went to get in. They felt quite unstable. Missing a few basic things like a dustpan and brush and a washing up bowl.

GBReally beautiful property all 3 bedrooms are a great size and the 2 bathrooms are very nice. Parking is easy either on road or in a small car park. It was very quiet and easy to get into Hull and very close to the university
The dining table only seated 2 people

Oven was slightly greasy on the bottom but wasn't too difficult to clean.
GBLocation was great for me, cleanliness was 10/10, decor was 10/10, home from home 👍 Real little gem would definitely use again when in Hull.
The street is a bit ragged but the inside of the property makes up for it by far. I had a good nights sleep so not a complaint but if I could improve something I would add a mattress topper to the beds.

Got very warm at night so had the windows open , it was pretty noisy , cars coming up and down the road , plus people I think there was a cut through from the town so didn’t get much sleep
