Balsa by Kozystay - Menteng

L'appartement était parfait, bonne isolation, bonne literie, joli, pratique et bien équipé. L'accès à la piscine et à la salle de sport est pratique et rapide : très belle piscine et salle de sport bien équipée. Les commerces à proximité permettent de faire des courses ou de manger sur place avec une amplitude horaire large.

Les horaires d'accès à la piscine ne nous ont pas permis d'en profiter pleinement.

Location wise it's perfect for events in TIM( which was my objective) . You can't get any closer( less then 5 min walk if you know how to go from the east gate) . This apartment is near mint condition, very well maintained and secured.

My family of 5 stayed in this location for 5 nights. 2 adults 1 teen girl and 2 young girls. Dear friends you can imagine the amount of hair fall and food scraps... It's not easy to keep the place clean with basic cleaning tools. I do suggest the management to consider adding handheld vacuum to their equipment list.

مافيه خدمات لو تحتاج شيء . الشنط تشيلها وترجعها بنفسك مافيه احد يتعاون معك . طريقة التسجيل عن طريق رابط ومتعب مافيه احد تقابله تسجل الدخول عنده ويطلب منك دخول رابط ودفع تأمين عن طريق بيانات البطاقة .

The location, the view, the layout, and the kitchen were all excellent. The Cikini neighborhood seemed pretty nice for Jakarta standards. There was a film festival at the museum next door.

The hot water was extremely limited and took a long time to recover. The TV in the bedroom was broken. The parking/taxi situation was a bit confusing.
