Lovely quirky place in a fabulous spot with a dog friendly garden , roe deer and sound of the waterfalls . The new renovations are great !

Sofa bed was not comfortable after hiking the fells so we braved the ladders to the loft

Fantastic location and grounds. Everything you needed was provided.

Location but property ain’t for a couple who don’t like heights. Bed settee downstairs which is fine and upstairs a double bed only accessible by steep cabin like steps, ladder like.

Nothing. Quiet, relaxed break you are looking for then this is it. Loved it.

Felt spacious in a lovely location

We struggled with the stairs a bit. We would like to return but would use the sofa bed downstairs instead

Location by the lake was excellent. Good cooking facilities and lounge.

Did not expect the very steep climb to the bedroom (I had not noticed in the details). Photo attached. Difficult to get any luggage to bedroom.
