San Mammaso - Verona Center

The location is great. In the center of Verona. Walking distance to everything.

The main bedroom with shower room is very nice with separate air conditioning. The second bed is above the kitchen and is very hot. Steep stairway. The air conditioner is running all night but can not cool the upper area. The lower area was like a fridge. It was 38°C outside during our stay.

The location was amazing. We walked everywhere and it wsa very convenient. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Ther is also parking relatively close by.

We were four people, but there were only three chairs. There should be enough chairs for everyone to be able to sit.

Good location and saved our luggage before check-in

Not enough equipments for kitchen and no light in the kitchen. Only 3 chairs for 4 people. Very embarrassed with open shower booth in the bedroom, not bathroom! Not proper for family. Air conditions were working very well, but the bedroom upstairs was hot.

Very good location walking distance from Verona City Centre and sights

No privacy to take a bath glass door on the middle of the room and very thin window curtains can be even seen from outside Average cleaning of the apartment There air condition of the ground floor does not cover the loft room

Loved the location. Loved the properties use of space and the design. Perfect for exploring Verona.

Only having three dining chairs when there were four us and the duvet cover was hot and sweaty. Would prefer cotton bedding. However these are minor negatives and we loved it.

The property is adjacent to a restaurant. That is the only positive.

I travelled a friend and booked a double room. The owner didn’t make up two beds because she said she counted the number of people and only made one bed. No idea what that meant. I texted the owner and asked if she could make up the second bed - she dropped off some covers but no pillow and we had to make the bed up. The sheets were dirty and not fresh. There was no drinking water, ironing board and only one towel. There is only one shower and it’s an en-suite inside one of the bedrooms and is glazed and openly visible by all when using it. The floor is on a stepped level and I tripped and fell on the step and cut my leg - I do hope the staff clean the covers to remove the blood before the next visitors, The owner doesn’t meet you and the keys are given to you
