If I could give 0 I would have. It is not what we expected. We feel mislead and hugely disappointed. Stay the hell away!!!

This is not a suitable holiday accommodation. It is essentially a slum house built around a nice pool, which is not free for use. After getting to the place, we were told that to use the pool there is an additional charge. The gym is not open to guests. We asked for accommodation for a family of 11 people and were promised two 'deluxe' units. Instead we were given 3 tiny units on different floors. The units themselves are not clean. We had a broken kitchen drain in one unit and the unit smells like a sewer the whole time we were there and there is nothing the host could do to rectify it. What is worse is that they knew about the problem and they even put a chain with a padlock on the kitchen cabinet to hide the issue. The washing machine had dirty laundry inside and there is a bowl of tuna in the microwave which we only discovered after almost 24 hours living there. It clearly contributed to the smell. There were cockroaches roaming the floor and ants too. Bed sheets do not smell fresh and we were strongly suspicious if they were clean. Two of the three units did not have hot water. Despite telling our host on arrival, we were told nothing can be done until the following day. But no repair ever came and we moved out after 3 nights. The units were exceedingly small (<10sqm each) and there was no place to even turn around. The place is full of workers from Vietnam working in nearby construction sites. The noise is constant as the corridors are kilometers long and the sound echoes forever whenever there is a door closing or people talking. Booking this place for the start of our trip to the Philippines is a terrible mistake.

Owner and assistant has their phones on DND. It was very hard to contact these people. It is also the first time that I had to wait 2 days before schedule of booking for the owner to give me the room numbers. I always book ahead of time and of all the places , hotels, condos that I booked, they always give me the room numbers after the booking is confirmed. This added anticipation and anxiety that the owner and assistant's phone number is on DND and you are at their mercy if they are going to reply to your texts/DMs in a timely manner, or not at all.

We're group of family with 7 members. No room available 1R 2B when we arrived there the fact that I have confirmation from booking. Prohibited to use pool. Parking fee is so expensive. No consideration. DISGUSTING experienced with SHELL RESIDENCES C15. NOT RECOMMENDED TO OTHER PEOPLE. THANK YOU.
