Cool and calm place to live

This was very nice and cozy and in a nice area!! Highly recommended!

If u don’t have dogs or any pets, just be aware to bring your own sheets because pet hair was on mines! Not much ! But i have my own animals so it was not a problem but just to be known to others!

The cleanliness and the location were great! Nice, quiet neighborhood with many accommodations for comfortability. We loved it.

Everything was great!

It was homey and the air worked very well. All the amenities needed were present.

Location was great for our needs, not far from anything.

False advertisement on the property owners part, harassment after leaving, threats of additional charges based on "cleanliness" after our arrival was shrouded in a messy apartment, no vacuum or mop on property but owner complained about dog hair on the couch like we were supposed to pick each hair up by hand. The stay itself was fine but the owner became extremely rude afterwords in an attempt to threaten us in to paying more than we agreed upon. That experience did not sit well with either of us who stayed.

The cover on the bed was not fresh I had roaches I had raccoon living in the house I had a water leak from the ceiling she asked me that I want my money back and I told her no so she son of man over to the place to fix the hole in the ceiling and get rid of the raccoon I would not stay there again I did not like to raccoons I did not like to roaches and I did not like to cover on the bed the cover will not fresh I had to watch the cover on the bed the couch in the living room were broke she going to tell me someone broke in the house that's not true because the front door had a lock on it I have pictures of everything

The location was excellent. The shower had hot water & the bed was comfy. Parking was secluded overall, and I would definitely recommend.

The ac didn't get too cool, but it was a heat index of 109 degrees.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and worked well.

The kitchen was not very well appointed and basics were missing. No kettle. No toaster. No tea towel. No cloth to wipe benches. The location was not great and it was on a noisy road.

I always enjoy the comfort and location.
