Beautiful 1 BR apt with private patio and free parking

In dutch: klein maar fijn. Nice location, for those not looking to have the facilities of Oban centre on real walking distance. In a cul de sac, with good parking. Decorated with love, looks really good. A small terras, we did not use, because of the weather, but could be nice (no view other than wood pannels). Nice bed, for us good pillows. We did not extensively cook, but looks like everything is available, Cutlery, pans etc. The coffee machine (we did not use the odd looking other machine we guess is for water only) was strange looking, but after we managed to find how to open it (no instructions available), the coffee was lovely (and available from the apartment self, very nice service) A little bit more even than the basics is available (toiletpaper, shower gel, etc, but also everything for dishwashing), very handy.

Especially with this price per night, one may expect a little bit better maintance (bathroom the rainshower doesn't work (the hand-shower is working very well, so we had no problem having nice showers), the faucet needs replacing, some mold, couch needs replacing, tv remote is not working well, guess needs new batteries). I would exchange the washing machine for a dish washer. You can hear the neighbours, we guess kid(s) running, so we tried to be as quiet as possible ourselves (tv did not help ;-), when advertisement the sound went up, and since the remote did not work well, difficult to react instantly). But when we went to sleep, they were also quiet, so no real issue, just for those expecting no neighbouring-noise.

The property was SPOTLESSLY clean. Lovely and thoughtful items available such as milk and bottled water on arrival. Other things like toothbrushes, bathrobes, slippers etc. The Irn Bru and Caramel Wafers on arrival were welcome bonus. Thats the first time we’ve used a coffee machine and will be making a purchase. The pods were fully stocked. The location was great for us as it was a 15 minute walk to the ferry and centre of town. The beds were really comfortable with quality duvet and pillows. The lighting in the bedroom with the dimmer and LED’s were amazing. Bathroom was stunning. Shower was really powerful and hot water instantly. Great items in the bathroom too. The livingroom was nice and cozy. Netflix available on the TV. It was perfect for a 2 night stay for us.
