Main Street Bed & Breakfast

So unique with lots of history!

There was nothing I didn’t like. 😊

The room and bathroom were large. The continental breakfast was different but enjoyable.

Within walking distance of main attractions in town. The room was fabulously decorated, the bathroom was large with a jacuzzi (wish we were staying more than one night - next time!). The keyless entry system was easy to learn, and the owner made sure to greet you right upon arrival. The communication was awesome. There were nice touches throughout the room, a fresh breakfast loaf baked by the owner, a stocked small fridge, coffee, TV, etc.

I doubt there is any place in Hannibal that can avoid the train whistle-blowing noise multiple times throughout the night. The owner supplies earplugs, although I already had my own. There might be other solutions to completely cancel out the noise. Otherwise, it was a comfortable sleep.

Location, location, location! You can walk right out of the Main Street B&B to shops, a museum, pubs, restaurants and so much more.

The stairs. It being an older building there is no elevator. The owner did say that he would help to carry the luggage if need be.

The building, the room, the location were all exceptional.

The unusual breakfast, but it was still good.
