INThe AC wasn't working and leaking. They changed our room and that one wasn't strong enough so it was too warm. Was falsely promised a full refund but they ignored for months and then denied any claim that AC was working despite the floor being wet and the staff confirming the same. Will be escalating on social media now through my agency that booking.com and Bloom rooms have both denied responsibility .
