Everything was perfect as of our fist contact - we booked the new house and enjoyed every single moment there. The hosts were super friendly, food was local, freshly prepared and delicious. Great recommendations for this estate for getaways with friends/family! Bonus points for extra comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen :)

Dislocated facility for yacuzzy, sauna and grill. Isolated and calm, nobody is near the house. Lots of extras (all household appliances, dishes, board games...), friendly staff, beautiful nature.

The house smells!!! The ad is misleading, it's not a house with a pool. There are 2 houses, with and without swimming pool, but it is hard to see in the ad and I think it is intentional. Fortunately, I didn't even want the pool, just needed a sleepover, so I stayed. The bedrooms on the first floor are connected to the kitchen on the ground floor by external stairs, which is very inconvenient in rainy and cold weather.

"Place if you want a reset from City."

Our hostess Tina was very friendly and helpful. Place was really calm and peaceful, great place to escape from noisy city. We found everything we needed at the house. Good location, Cerovac Caves less then 10min drive, Plitvice and Zadar about one hour drive.

The garden ant sauna house could have been cleaner.
