AUWe booked online and paid online a week in advance. The problem began on the day of the check-in. I received a call from reception asking me to pay by cash. I mentioned that payment has already been made. But they didn't let us check in. We had to find alternative accommodation.
INStaff worst behaviour with guests, they are demanding to pay extra amount of Rs.800/- for 2 days. I already paid Rs. 2000/- through online. They are not allocating room without making extra amount. They are denying check-in in last minute. Don’t go with family. OYO customer care also not responding in time. Please don’t go to the hotel.

As per booking , double bed ac room but given only non ac single room without heater.... Booking amount is 705 but amount forcibly collected as rs. 900.. Staff is never bother on complaints.. No soap, tooth brush, etc r being given..forcing to give tips...
INLocation wise good..staff understood the concerns in some aspects. Provided hot water etc
As I have paid using credit card, hotel staff demanded 150- more but I have bargained and given 100/- . Asked for soap, staff mentioned that it's not in complimentary. I have to purchase one from out side. Wifi range is worst and not able to access the internet.
