The whole place, it’s a very nice property, the location is perfect for central Plymouth and the Hoe areas for sight seeing and shopping. Having somewhere to park daily without looking is a bonus as well for trips into Cornwall etc

Can they put a shaving mirror in the upstairs bathroom please, shaving blind is way too dangerous in the morning.

The location was great. Shops and The Hoe was within walking distance. Easy to get into the City and hospital.

No mirror in the upstairs bathroom and no bedside tables. Had to put things on the floor. Fan made a knocking noise when windy but not too bad.

Free parking, great location, clean property It had everything we needed

Not enough towels

Location is fantastic, ideal for the city centre, Barbican and the Hoe. Space, parking and general accommodation excellent including the showers and white goods and a nice firm comfortable bed. Pre-arrival service excellent.

There was no mirror in the upstairs ensuite so I had to shave downstairs. The upstairs blind for the master bedroom was broken in the half up position which, although the bedroom was not over looked, meant it was bright in the morning. Minor issues (I didn't use the downstairs bedroom or shower) are: The towels weren't absorbent and should have been for the price. The upstairs sheets could have been a higher quality for the price. Some grouting between the floor tiles in the downstairs bathroom needs fixing. There seems to be a vent in the roof which flaps when it is windy during the night which might disturb light sleepers. The TV kept reverting to "wired headset", away from the TV speakers themselves, requiring frequent resetting with the controls.
