The apartment was very comfortable and had everything you could wish for. It was spotlessly clean. Our host Giuseppe was very friendly and kind. He offered us good advice regarding Bologna and picked us up from the train station. The apartment was stocked with a variety of snacks and drinks which was much appreciated. There was an ample supply of coffee capsules. Having the balcony and swimming pool completed the package.

"Perfect, we will be back!"

Giuseppe was a great host and his apartment was everything we needed for a brilliant few days in Bologna. The property description and photos are accurate and the apartment is a comfortable place to relax. Giuseppe was very accommodating, met us on arrival and provided recommendations for our stay. He even came back an hour after we had checked in to give us the key to the laundry room. We were also delighted to find some treats in the fridge when we checked in.

Unfortunately, the pool was not open during our stay but we understood this was out of Giuseppes control and depends on the weather.

Der Gastgeber war sehr zu vorkommend und hilfsbereit von alleine. Hat uns zahlreiche Tipps gegeben zur Stadt. Die Wohnug hat eine perfekte Lage um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erreichen (ca. 30min) und sehr einfach. Vor der Tür gab es sonst auch eine Bushaltestelle. Geschäfte zum Lebensmittel einkaufen sind auch gleich um die Ecke .Trinken und kleine Snacks waren in der Wohnung bereitgestellt war sehr nett. Zum weiter empfehlen die Unterkunft.

"Highly recommend! 15min to center, close to Fiera, supermarket."

Owner met us at Station, gave a ride to flat, showed everything! Incredible. Super good place to stay, also with family. Close there is a nice path to walk, playground for children and only 15 min walk to center. Flat is quiet, new building. Everything what you need to stay - iron, hair dryer, dishes etc. And some snacks and welcome vine! Incredible.
