Perfect location, really in the heart of the old town and the sea just one street away. That was very comfortable. Easy check-in system and kind communication. We find all utensils needed for comfortable stay.
Only few dishes were not so clean.

Locatie midden in het centrum, op loopafstand van restaurants, winkels, supermarkt en bezienswaardigheden. Prima keukenblokje met veel keukengerei. Kleine badkamer, maar netjes.
Bed is wat smal.

Wir waren die letzte Dezemberwoche bis 4.Jänner in Alicante 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Lage der Wohnung is extrem gut.Mittwn im Zenteum. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße der Rambla. Richtig toll
Die Wohnung hat eine großartige Lage. Auf den ersten Anblick wirkt alles sehr komfortabel. 2.Stock.Lift vorhanden.Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Etwas älteres Geschirr(Topfe und Kochutensilien). Das Mobiliar im Wohnbreich geschmackvoll. Das Badezimmer muss dringend renoviert werden. Badewanne ohne Duschstange. Sehr, sehr eng. Es hat maximal 1 Person Platz aber nur wenn die Tür geschlossen ist. Alle Türen quietschen extrem, der WC Abfluss ist sehr laut. Ein Bad aus den 80igern kurzgesagt. Manche Bodenfliesen waren gebrochen. Bettdecke hatte braune Flecken. Wer aber mit kleinen Bädern kein Problem hat und darauf nicht viel Wert legt und eine großartige Lage schätzt ist hier genau richtig.
