yoooo the host was so rude, email they sent to me said you can request a late check out on the day of the check out n we just requested that we leave our bags n the guy said no I don't have a storeroom I have rooms when I mentioned what the email said he still said no. when we thought that was all he sent the housekeeper to tell us she will be coming at 10(which we knew) at 10 she come with another lady to take us out😏. our crime in all this was to ask for leaving the bags following an email sent to us. we are well traveled we know 10am is checking out time we didn't even dispute that but yoooo they way we were taken out was not Ayoba

The location was excellent

The linen was a little tired

I loved it. We had everything we needed inside the apartment, kitchen utensils etc made traveling easy and light for us. the mall and other restaurants is a walk away, beach was clean, rooms and the building itself was clean and maintained. Very responsive hosts also, anything needed to know was answered immediately, plenty info before you arrive and upon arrival from host. Just the perfect family vacay spot.

Great location and the space in the apartment was great. The internet was great so my daughter got to watch and enjoy cocomelon.

The fact that I could hear my neighbors conversation and everything that was happening through the door that connects the 2 apartments. The noise level was too loud that I had to close the bedroom door. Part of the place needs to be maintained. Having to go up and down the stairs was a stressful exercise which lead to my daughter falling on the stairs. Lastly the bad smell you encounter before you open the door just after going down the stairs smelt like pee.
