The apartment was perfect for our 7 night stay. Easy walking distance to Barrio Santa Cruz, the cathedral, Museo de Belles Artes and Metropol Parasol. If you like walking then every corner of Sevilla is possible. The area felt safe and there are some lovely restaurants very near.
