"Think twice before you book your stay"

We had booked our stay from 24-26 August. When we reached the hotel, the reception informed us that due to technical issues, they were "OVERBOOKED". It was a terrible experience altogether. How can a hotel have our active reservations, and not inform us on status of our booking. I'd strongly advice people to show extra caution while booking this property.

Excellent stay at Shevaroys hotel, first time visited yercaud and stayed here with family for a night, their service is extra ordinary, all staffs are so polite and courtious, I will surely recommend this resort to my friends.I will stay here if coming back to yercaud also they gave us complimentary birds park ticket extraordinary memory.Thank you management & staff who made us memorable stay

It was very calm walking around the property. Would suggest for elderly people, families, as well as couples. More over children will enjoy the stay as they have playarea and birds. They also provide free tickets to bird park.
