MASR Chalet - Porto Matrouh

Ruby’s hospitality was great. She texted me frequently to check if I was okay or needed anything. She also offered to arrange an InDrive ride and suggested activities to do.

The place was not very clean when I arrived. The kitchen was a bit messy, with old appliances. The bed was not very comfortable (two small beds pushed together), and the linens and sheets were old. Hot water only lasted a few minutes. I also didn’t realize there was no internet, which was a surprise.

It was the fastest check-in I met in my life. The chalet was amazing, and the owner is very cooperative 24/7. Sure, I will never hesitate to book it again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with my family at a chalet in Porto Matrouh from July 20th to 25th, and the experience was truly exceptional. The chalet was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The space was clean, well-maintained, and providing a cozy atmosphere with the garden for our family vacation. One of the highlights of our stay was the host's incredible hospitality. They were extremely friendly, always willing to help, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring we had a pleasant stay made all the difference. Whether we needed local recommendations or assistance with the chalet amenities, they were always there to assist us. The location of the chalet was ideal, offering easy access to the beach, many pools, cafes, walking paths, and aqua park which made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. Overall, our stay at Masr Chalet-Porto Matrouh was a memorable experience, and we would highly recommend this chalet to anyone looking for a great value for money , relaxing and welcoming place to stay.

It would be really over expectations more if it has A/C but even with fans everything was great too

There are only buses to take you to the beach but there are no buses to take you downtown from the compound
