Paraíso del Sur Mar y Teide

Nice location with lots of places to eat close by. Close to the bus stop.

Very well equipped studio apartment with a spacious living room/bedroom and a nice view. It had everything you might need during a holiday (including access to a swimming pool).

Parking around this location might be a bit tricky. If you are renting a car it might be worth trying to rent a parking space as well.

Light, balconies and views

The location is great, good to have a lot of food options, supermarket, bakery etc right in front of the door. The view from the balcony is very nice. I was first stressed out about the noise from the Hard Rock Hotel across the street, because they are blasting music from their roof top terrace in the evenings. But they always stopped it a bit after midnight and the nights were quiet. Alex was very good to communicate with.

I wish it would be possible to choose the apartment in the booking. We got the one that I liked least judging from the photos and that looks smaller than the others on the photos (it was the last one shown in the pictures), so we were a bit disappointed at arrival. The apartment was still nice though and totally gave us all we needed.

- Breathtaking view of the ocean from one side and mountains from the other. - Good sized room for two - Hot water for a very long time - Room was very clean - Calm area (couldn´t hear any noise with the windows closed) - Funcional kitchen (It had all the essencial home appliences) Couldn´t have chosen a better place to stay :) It was all really relaxing and Alex was an excellent host (he even gave us a small welcome suprise wich was a huge bonus)!
